Creative AI Pilot Program
Company: MOO
Role: Creative Operations
Scope: AI strategy, pilot design, training, and readiness
-
Following a directive to achieve 10% AI-driven optimization, the Creative function faced a common challenge: interest in AI tools existed, but adoption was fragmented, experimental, and inconsistent. Designers were unsure where AI could add real value, how to use it responsibly, or how it fit into existing workflows — particularly in customer-facing work where quality and accuracy are critical.
The challenge was to move the team from passive experimentation to intentional, scalable integration, while maintaining creative standards, customer trust, and operational clarity.

I developed a strategic, scalable roadmap that established a clear vision for how AI would support creative work — not replace it. This roadmap was adopted as the standard approach across all Creative hubs and served as the foundation for a structured pilot program.
I designed the pilot framework end to end, defining use cases, success metrics, guardrails, and rollout timing. To ensure adoption and confidence, I embedded AI education into existing creative meetings and negotiated tailored training sessions with Adobe partners to address our specific workflow pain points.
