Workforce Management System Transition

Company: MOO

Role: Creative Operations

Scope: Tool evaluation, system build, training, and organization-wide rollout

  • As the organization scaled, our existing project management tool (Workfront) no longer supported the speed, visibility, or flexibility required by customer-facing teams. Workflow friction, limited transparency, and UI inefficiencies created risk to SLAs and made it difficult to plan, prioritize, and scale effectively. The challenge was twofold:

    1. Identify and implement a more flexible, future-proof system, and

    2. Execute a full migration under tight timelines without disrupting customer experience or delivery.

Given the number of teams involved and the direct impact on SLAs, the transition needed to be thoughtful, well-governed, and executed with minimal margin for error.

  • I led the end-to-end evaluation and implementation of a new workflow system, beginning with a comprehensive assessment of project management tools that balanced immediate pain points with long-term scalability. Partnering cross-functionally with Procurement and key stakeholders, I navigated Monday.com contract negotiations and developed risk-mitigation strategies to ensure transparency around scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Once Monday.com was selected, I owned the full transition from Workfront — mapping processes, organizing tasks, managing internal communications, and building the new system from the ground up. I served as the primary decision-maker throughout the rollout, while intentionally bringing in leadership partners to pressure-test and finalize the approach.

A critical component of the transition was enablement. I led training for all customer-facing teams, ensuring they felt confident, supported, and set up for success.

  • Vetted, built, and implemented Monday.com in just 3.5 weeks

Trained +60 employees across multiple customer-facing departments

Achieved a 20% week-over-week increase in SLAs following implementation
