MOO B2B Holiday Campaign

Company: MOO, Managed Services

Role: Creative direction & Cross-functional lead

Team: 5 designers, copywriter, photographer, project manager

Scope: Digital catalog, printed sample pack, sales enablement tools, social and blog assets

  • The Managed Services Holiday campaign is an annual, high-visible B2B initiative spanning multiple channels and industry audiences. While previous years delivered strong execution, the creative approach leaned heavily on familiar holiday visuals, limiting differentiation and storytelling across touchpoints.

For 2024, the challenge was to evolve the campaign beyond expected seasonal clichés and develop a cohesive, concept-driven system that could scale across multiple channels — all while clearly signaling “holiday” to a B2B audience and driving incremental revenue.

  • I set the creative vision for the 2024 Managed Services Holiday campaign, introducing a five-senses concept to capture the feeling of the holidays without relying on traditional imagery.

I partnered closely with the team to align on strategy and ensure consistent translation across all touchpoints — from the digital catalog and printed sample pack to sales enablement materials and supporting social and blog content.

Because the concept was intentionally more abstract, I guided the team through how to visually express sensory experiences (like sound or scent) using color, texture, typography, photography, and special finishes. Throughout the process, I balanced creative ambition with practical considerations — timelines, production needs, and stakeholder expectations — ensuring the work stayed cohesive, scalable, and true to the original vision.

  • +$36K in Managed Services revenue (2024)

“Rachel’s love for design really stands out in everything she does. She came up with an inspiring concept that set the vision for the whole team. Her passion showed in how she made sure the project hit the mark in every area, with regular check-ins and thoughtful guidance that helped us succeed. She’s always open to hearing others’ ideas, usually listening to everyone’s thoughts before sharing her own. Even after the project was done, she followed up to see where we could improve, showing just how much she cares about growing and doing even better next time.”
